We send all orders using Royal Mail 1st class postage (untracked). We'll do our very best to meet these delivery estimates, but it is not a guaranteed service. You will receive a dispatch notification via email when your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you need to return or exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch returns back to us within 30 days of delivery

Conditions of return

A full refund will be issued as soon as the item is returned in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
